WSJ: Raising Taxes on the Rich. Cuz the Bible Tells Us So?

In the article published in The Wall Street Journal and titled "Raising Taxes on the Rich.  Cuz the Bible Tells Us So?",  Robert Frank discusses unique, if not novel, argument of Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton to raise taxes on the rich by brining the bible into the argument.  In his state of the union address Mr. Dayton invoked scripture.  Whether Mr. Dayton's proposals and pleas will ever take off remains to be seen, but for now he gets credit for coming up with a more creative argument in never ending debate over taxing the wealthy.
