Ohio Businessman Living in Switzerland Charged for Tax Evasion

Edward Gurary, an Ohio businessman living in Switzerland was charged with failing to report interest income on an account held with UBS.  The charges stem from Gurary's alleged failure to file FBAR's from 2004-2008.  During those years, the Department of Justice alleges Gurary failed to report interest ranging from $3,400 to more than $21,000.
