American Bar Association has posted following daily Report of the 45th Annual Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning.

The presentation covered "Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization, and Job Creation Act of 2010."  The speakers discussed the planning and compliance opportunities by focusing on recent developments both retroactively and prospectively.
