H.R. 123: Permanent Tax Relief, Repeal Estate Tax

Representative Phil Gingrey, M.D. (R-GA), introduced a bill that would extend tax relief permanently and end the estate tax.  The bill (H.R. 123) is part of a seven bill package offered by Representative Gingrey to "fundamentally change the  way we do things here in Washington."
