Guidance Sought on FATCA Reporting and Withholding Requirements

Jack Brister of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners commented on Notice 2010-60 regarding withholding and reporting provisions of the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act.  The comment included requests for guidance on family trusts and pension plans.
