76 F.R. 1105: Proposed regulations for providing guidance on interest paid to non US ndividuals

In 76 F.R. 1105, the IRS has proposed revisions to the regulations under section 6049 that will alter the reporting requirements for interest on deposits "maintained at U.S. offices of certain financial institutions and paid to nonresident alien individuals."
