Pelosi: Tax Cuts Should be Consistent with Pay-As-You-Go

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) expressed concern about increased deficits if tax cuts are extended for all earners.  Pelosi said Democrats support "tax cuts for America's middle class in a way that is consistent with pay-as-you-go."
