Christopher W. Yugo, a Crown Point attorney, recently published an article entitled, "ESTATE PLANNING:  Having Fun with EGTRRA."  The article addressed the impact that the expiration of the Bush tax cuts will have on the estate tax.  Specifically, Yugo concludes that the current estate plans that are in place may no longer be suitable for clients as the assumptions those plans were built on regarding the estate tax may no longer be true.
