Wyden: 2011 Could be "best chance" for Tax Reform

At an October 6th tax reform roundtable, Senate Finance Committee member Ron Wyden (D-OR) said that 2011 could be the "best chance" for Congress to pass a tax reform bill.  The prediction was made despite strong possibilities of a congressional power shift after the November elections.
