Proposed Circular 230 Reforms Worries Higher Educators

Professional educators are voicing concerns over proposed changes to Circular 230.  Foremost of those worrisome changes is new section 10.9 that requires OPR approval for "each program to be qualified as a qualified continuing education program."  Critics claim the provision will increase costs with limited benefit.
