Michael I. Norton & Dan Ariely: Building a Better America - One Wealth Quintile at a Time

Michael I. Norton, professor at Harvard Business School, and Dan Ariely, professor at Duke University, have written an article entitled, "Building a Better America - One Wealth Quintile at a Time."  In it they explain a study they conducted on the preferences for wealth distribution in a country.  Specifically, they find that Americans in general prefer a wealth distribution chart that is relatively even balanced.  Moreover, the study finds that Americans dramatically underestimate the wealth distribution imbalace that currently exists in the country.
