Mary Anne Reilly and Martin B. Solomon: CPAS Respond To 'United in Our Delusion'

Mary Anne Reilly and Martin B. Solomon have published an editorial criticizing David Cay Johnston's recent column entitled, "United in Our Delusion."  In it, Reilly and Solomon note discrepencies with Johnston's analysis and conclusions.  Specifically, they question Johnston's analysis of wealthy individuals and the roles they play in helping distribute wealth.
