Criminal Tax Defendant Denied Evidentiary Motions

In United States v. James A. Simon, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana denied the defendant various evidentiary motions the defendant filed in the criminal case against him.  The case against the defendant arose from allegations of failure to report loans that the government contends should have been reported as personal income.
