Lee Lytton, professor of law at St. Mary's University School of Law, has published an article entitled, "Save the Land from Uncle Sam:  Using Life Insurance Premium Financing in Estate Planning."  Lytton provides an estate planning technique to pass on legacy holdings to succeeding generations by utilizing life insurance premium financing to have a ready pool of cash to pay any estate taxes that may due.
