In yesterday's most highly emailed article on Forbes.com, Deobrah Jacobs writes about how high legal fees have led consumers to do their own estate plans and how lawyers should woo them back by offering basic, affordable services.  The article quotes Wendy Goffe, a lawyer with Graham & Dunn in Seattle on how getting proper legal advice can help even people of modest means navigate changing circumstances and avoid leaving behind a mess for their heirs after they die.
