Christopher R. Hoyt, Professor of Law at University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law, published an article entitled, "Rethinking Roth IRA Conversions in 2010."  The article discusses the pros and cons for high-income earners wanting to convert their Roth 401(k) or 403(b) into a Roth IRA.  The article also provides some other technical rules on how to possibly revert the transaction later.
