Baucus: Small Business Bill gives $12 Billion in Tax Relief; Grassley: Not Targeted Enough

In comments on the Senate Floor, Senator Max Baucus (D-MT) praised the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010 for providing $12 billion in targeted tax relief.  Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) countered that the relief was not sufficiently targeted toward job creation.
