Tax Shelter Legal Malpractice Case Will Continue

A federal district court judge in New Jersey refused to dismiss a case against an attorney for legal malpractice in a tax shelter case allowing litigation to continue.  The judge did conclude that the defendant owed no duty to the plaintiff's wife and dismissed her complaint.
