Seth R. Kaplan: "Estate Planning: The Great GRAT Debate"

Seth R. Kaplan, a partner in the trust and wealth transfer group of Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod, LLP, published an article on Forbes.com.  The article discusses the potential impact that legislation may have on an estate planning tool known as the grantor retained annuity trust, or GRAT.  Specifically, Kaplan discusses potential remedies for practioners to consider and there corresponding pitfalls.
