Bloomberg recently published an article titled "Democrats Relish Battle Over High-Income Tax Cuts" by Albert Hunt. In the article, Hunt discusses the upcoming battle over extending the Bush tax cuts and points out that, while Republicans usually win when it comes to taxes, this time it appears that the Democrats hold the upper hand.
