New Trend of Risk Averse Young

WSJ's Robert Frank blogged on The Wealth Report recently how Young, Affluent Investors Feel Burned reporting on a recent poll of 1,000 investors with $250,000 or more in invested assets.  The survey found that 18-34 year-olds were about as risk intolerant as the 65+ crowd and significantly more risk averse than two groups aged 35-64.  When your short investing career includes the dot-com bust and the Great Recession, conservative investing seems understandable.
