McGuireWoods to Host Information Session on the Securities Law Implications of Wall Street Reform Bill

The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act has been passed by both the House and the Senate. McGuireWoods LLP and McGuireWoods Consulting LLC will host an informative session on the securities law implications of this historic financial services reform package. In addition to presentations about the securities regulatory impact of the bill, the event will feature discussion on the outcome of many important differences between the Senate and House versions of the legislation.
