Tax Notes Article: Kyl Says He is Very Close to Gathering Votes Needed to Pass His Estate Tax Bill

Senate Finance Committee member John Kyl says that he is very close to gathering sixty necessary votes to pass a bill that would establish the estate tax top rate at 35 percent and the exemption level at $5 million.
