Is 2010 a Good Year to Die?

Business Week has a piece regarding the death of the Estate Tax (1916-2010).  Unless Congress acts this year, the estate tax will revert to the pre-Bush rules on January 1, 2011, with a $1 million exclusion amount and a 55% top tax rate.
