In the latest issue of the Alabama Law Review, Lee-ford Tritt published an article titled "Technical Correction or Tectonic Shift: Competing Default Rule Theories Under the New Uniform Probate Code." Tritt's article examines the recent amendments to the Uniform Probate Code and considers the proper role of succession law default rules.
