Forbes: Six Ways to Leave Less for Uncle Sam

Deborah L. Jacobs, lawyer and author of Estate Planning Smarts, has published an article titled "Six Ways to Leave Less for Uncle Sam" in Forbes. Given that the estate tax returns in 2011 with an exemption of $1 million, many people, who did not have to worry about the estate tax in past years, will now need to consider strategies in order to avoid the tax. In the article, Jacobs gives six ways to minimize your estate without triggering undesirable tax consequences.
