In an article titled "Is It Ethical to Draft a Will for a Client You Have Never Met in Person," Nicole Garton-Jones explores the ethical as well as socioeconomic nuances of online legal representation. Ms. Jones argues that technological advances of the past decade have made online estate planning a more cost effective means of providing legal services to those clients that would otherwise go without.  Ms. Jones believes the ethical considerations may be overcome and should not prevent such valuable social benefits from reaching the public.
