Book Review: Immortality and the Law

Christopher Caldwell, of the Financial Times has favorably reviewed Ray Madoff's book, Immortality and the Law: The Rising Power of the American Dead.  Per the review, here,  Madoff examines the "tightening grip" testators have on resources under current law.
