ABA Tax Section Letter to Baucus and Grassley: Request Senate Finance Committee Hold a Hearing on Wealth Transfer Taxes

The American Bar Association Section of Taxation submitted a letter to Senator Max S. Baucus and Senator Charles E. Grassley.  The letter requested that the Senate Finance Committee hold a hearing on wealth transfer taxes.
