Joint Committee on Taxation Releases Analysis of the House Health Care Bill

The Joint Committee on Taxation has released two documents on the health care reform bill passed yesterday by the House:

• Technical Explanation of the Revenue Provisions (JCX-18-10)

"This document,1 prepared by the staff of the Joint Committee on Taxation, provides a
technical explanation of the revenue provisions contained in the "Reconciliation Act of 2010," as amended, in combination with the "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act."
