The ABA Journal, in an article titled "Does Connecticut Hate the Net?: State is a battleground for online legal services," reports on a legal referral system that has raised ethical concerns. The system, Total Attorneys, provides contact information of potential clients to attorneys that pay $70 - $105 per contact. While exonerated by the Connecticut Statewide Grievance Committee, the arraignment continues to draw criticism. One attorney, Zenas Zelotes, has filed complaints against attorneys using the service in 47 states.
