The ABA Journal, in an article titled "Foley & Lardner Software Gives Clients Real-Time Look at Costs," reports that Foley & Lardner uses software that allows attorneys to enter and track their time spent on any given matter. Clients are then able to access this information to calculate costs and to determine other things such as the ratio of partners to associates handling their matter.
