Revenue Ruling 2010-6 provides various prescribed rates for federal income tax purposes for February 2010 (current month) including the applicable federal interest rates, the adjusted applicable federal interest rates, the adjusted federal long-term rate, the adjusted federal long-term tax-exempt rate. These rates are determined as prescribed by section 1274.
The section 7520 rate is 3.4 percent.

Short-Term:
- Annual: .72 percent
- Semi-Annual: .72 percent
- Quarterly: .72 percent
- Monthly: .72 percent
- Annual: 2.82 percent
- Semi-Annual: 2.80 percent
- Quarterly: 2.79 percent
- Monthly: 2.78 percent
Long-Term:
- Annual: 4.44 percent
- Semi-Annual: 4.39 percent
- Quarterly: 4.37 percent
- Monthly: 4.35 percent
