the Estate and Gift Tax Committee and Fiduciary Income Tax Committee have
added a new program to the upcoming meeting in San Antonio. The details
are as follows:

"The Estate Tax Repeal of 2010: Uncertainty is an Understatement" - A panel
will discuss the repeal of the estate tax that occurred effective January 1,
2010, planning issues and reinstatement of the estate tax in 2011, if not
earlier. This program is intended to be an interactive and informal discussion
about the estate tax repeal and how to deal with it in our practices.
Moderators: Martin Hall, Ropes & Gray LLP, Boston, MA, Chair of the Estate
and Gift Taxes Committee, and Jeanne L. Newlon, Venable LLP, Washington,
DC, Chair of the Fiduciary Income Tax Committee. Speakers: Dana G.
Fitzsimons, Jr., McGuireWoods LLP, Richmond, VA. Other speakers will be
announced.
This will be an informal discussion and an opportunity to talk with your
colleagues about what everyone is doing in light of all of this uncertainty. We
