Revenue Ruling 2010-1 provides various prescribed rates for federal income tax purposes for January 2010 (current month) including the applicable federal interest rates, the adjusted applicable federal interest rates, the adjusted federal long-term rate, the adjusted federal long-term tax-exempt rate. These rates are determined as prescribed by section 1274.
The section 7520 rate is 3.0 percent.

- Annual: .57 percent
- Semi-Annual: .57 percent
- Quarterly: .57 percent
- Monthly: .57 percent
- Annual: 2.45 percent
- Semi-Annual: 2.44 percent
- Quarterly: 2.43 percent
- Monthly: 2.43 percent
- Annual: 4.11 percent
- Semi-Annual: 4.07 percent
- Quarterly: 4.05 percent
- Monthly: 4.04 percent
