House Bill Would Repeal New Estate Tax Carryover Basis Rules

On November 19, 2009, Representative Earl Pomeroy, D-N.D., introduced H.R. 4154, which would repeal the new carryover basis rules and retain the estate tax with a $3,500,000 exemption.
