H.R. 3463 Would Permanently Repeal Estate Tax

House Ways and Means Committee member, Kevin Brady R-Texas, introduced H.R. 3463 to the House of Representatives on July 31, 2009. H.R. 3463, entitled Death Tax Repeal Permanency Act of 2009, would serve to permanently repeal the estate tax.
