IRS Notice 2009-18: Supplements to Section 7520 Interest Rate Actuarial Tables

Notice 2009-18 provides supplements to the actuarial tables prescribed under § 7520 of the Internal Revenue Code. Recently, the § 7520 interest rate fell below 2.2%.  This notice furnishes extensions to the existing tables for interest rates below 2.2%.

Notice 2009-18 will be published in Internal Revenue Bulletin 2009-10, dated March 9, 2009.
